3H Diversity Immigration Consulting is a Canadian registered immigration company formed to help individuals and their families from different parts of the world attain their lifetime dream of coming to Canada. A land full of promise, a country filled with diverse people with different cultures and traditions. It is a nation of immigrants, of people that respects each other. A lot of them encountered how it feels to come to a country they were not born to, but were accepted with open arms.

Rolando Hernandez, the primary founder of 3H Diversity Immigration Consulting, is a Filipino born Canadian. He is a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), the new regulatory board mandated by the government of Canada for licensed Immigration Consultant and a fellow of the Canadian Migration Institute-Institut Canadien De La Migration (CMI-ICM). He has been involved with the New Canadian Children and Youth Study (NCCYS) in Toronto area, investigating and studying the well beings of the children and families of immigrants and refugees.

He completed the Immigration law practitioner program in Seneca College, and passed the mandatory licensing exam, aside from the English language proficiency exam, security license, and other mandatory requirements, to bestow the rank of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Consultant ID: R411879.
